Completed plan member heat tune up for 100,000 BTU natural gas furnace Aprilaire 35 water panel in good condition. Tested operations of bypass humidifier. Left bypass damper open. Replaced Aprilaire 16x25x1 filter Inspected burners, heat exchanger, ignitor, inducer assembly, pressure switches and components Cleaned flame sensor with 0000 steel wool and verified flame rectification circuit Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left email estimates for surge protection devices. Confirmed proper manifold gas pressures Confirmed inducer vacuum in low and high fire operation Measured temperature rise (72°-130°F) and static pressure Inspected all components of drain Combustion, smoke and draft tests: Pass Discussed and left estimate for AC+Gas Heat plan Membership. Also replaced 20x20x1 filter for attic AC/Air handler while on site. Furnace is operating well at the time of this tune up.
