Cleaned flame sensor with 0000 steel wool and verified flame rectification circuit Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components; left email estimates for surge protection device Confirmed proper manifold gas pressures Confirmed inducer vacuum in low and high fire operation Measured temperature rise (68°-110°= 42°F) and static pressure Inspected all components of drain Combustion, smoke and draft tests: Pass Discussed and left estimate for AC+Gas Heat plan Membership.
