Completed PECO Tune up for 3.5 Ton Goodman Heat pump system with 10KW electric heat kit. Replaced 20x20x1 filter. Walk through with homeowner how to replace filter (in attic). Replace every 2-3 Months. Inspected drain and components. Left estimate for EZ trap. Inspected wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Left estimates for surge protection devices and hard start kit. Measured temperature rise and static pressure Verified amp draw of 10KW electric heater: 40KW. (60A breaker in AH) Inspected condition of both the indoor and the outdoor coil. Monitored R410A refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Basement area is cooler than main floor. Left estimate for Ecobee thermostat which includes room sensor. Smart thermostat will also allow for control of auxiliary heat lockout. Heat pump is operating well at this time. Homeowner decided to become AC/Heat pump plan member, to install EZ trap and (2) Intermatic surge protectors today. Collected half of balance today. Our office
