Completed heat tune up for steam coil/air handler system Replaced 20x20x1 filter Measured temperature rise and static pressure. Inspected wiring and controls. Left email estimate for X13 surge protector for blower motor. Inspected drain and drap. There is no water safety device for this system. Left email estimate for wet switch. This will shut equipment down in the event of a water leak thereby preventing any water damage to this Appartment and or the spaces below. System operating well at this time.
