Arrived at customers home August 29, 2022. Customers floor drain in basement clogged. Ran drain cable to clear blockage. Cleaned out for drain thoroughly. Customer purchased bottle Levander to maintain floor drain and keep condensate buildup to a minimum to keep drain open as possible. Drain opening special has no warranty.
