Today light maintenance was performed on the three rooftop units that serve this location. All filters were replaced and the blower wheel bearings and belts were checked. The units were not turned off to perform this light maintenance. There is a belt in the west rooftop unit that has worn into the pulley and while functioning now I do recommend replacement as a preventative maintenance task. We will follow up with an estimate for it’s replacement. Thank you, Jon
