Upon arrival I found that the thermostat was automatically turning to auxiliary heat. Customer also wanted me to check humidifier. I found that the water shut off and solenoid had both failed and gave customer estimates on replacement and repairs. Customer decided to have humidifier replaced and pay using financing. I replaced humidifier and tested all operations. Thanks for having me out today, Eli
