Company responded to customers residence to clear upstairs toilet clog. Company utilized a toilet auger and plunger to clear blockage. Toilet was not filling properly and company noticed the refill tube was draining into the tank and not the overflow tube. Refill tube was repositioned which fixed the fill problems. Toilet was flushed several times and no clog was present. Customer had a secondary toilet which was also not flushing properly. After closer examination, it was discovered the main jet had very low pressure to assist the flush. The customer was sent estimates for toilet replacement.
