3/27/24 Sent out to Dianne’s today in regards to some dripping/clogged faucets. Upon arrival I was greeted by Dianne who I went over the purpose of the visit with and answered any immediate questions to help set expectations. Dianne led me through the house while explaining what they had been dealing with. One of their widespread faucets is severely clogged and has no flow, there is a shower that doesn’t shutoff completely and continuously drips, and lastly there is a shower with a bad mixing valve. I made sure to confirm there were no other plumbing related issues and that all the work we’ve done in the past was still to their satisfaction. I requested about twenty minutes to run vitals and inspect the areas to come up with some solutions for them.
