Arrived to find drain to furnace frozen, Cleared drain for now. Talked to customer about a condensate pump to allow all the water to go out at once, instead of slowly trickling out In freezing as it’s coming out. Will need to return Thursday, January 18 afternoon to install condensate pump. Customer will not be home Tuesday or Wednesday. furnace is running at this time, but cannot guarantee the drain will not freeze again due to the location of where the drain is.
