4/26/24 Sent out today to Todd and Katie’s in regards to a backdrafting water heater. Upon arrival I was greeted by Todd who I went over the purpose of today’s visit with and answered any immediate questions they had to help set expectations. Other than the water heater they mentioned an issue with a low flow faucet in the kitchen.
