Checked all operations in the heating and cooling modes. Checked all electrical components at the furnace and completed a combustion analysis of the unit. Furnace was operating within factory specifications. Checked all electrical and refrigerant components at the outdoor unit. Outdoor unit was slightly dirty and washed off with water today. System is operating properly at this time. Today we signed up a new membership and completed the first visit of the membership.
