Company arrived Tuesday, September 20, 2022. The customer attempted changing their master bathroom shower valve and the valve ended up breaking on them. Upon arrival company drilled out the center of the cartridge and broke out the rest of the pieces. Company then installed the customer provided cartridge and tested for functionality. Company verified with the customer and can conclude a properly operating shower valve. Company will honor a 1 year warranty on labor excluding the customer provided cartridge.
