Customer called in needing sump pump battery looked at. Upon arrival, customer already replaced his failed battery. Customer installed new maintenance free battery. Customer didn’t switch over on the computer from maintenance to maintenance free battery. Once I did that, computer no longer beeping. Customer decided to renew his membership. Office will call customer to schedule tune up for his hvac system. Did inform customer if computer starts beeping again may need to replace battery with an OEM battery.
