Upon arrival the customer showed me where the water was leaking downstairs under the furnace. After inspection I found water leaking in through the wall where the swimming pool pvc pipes come inside. She immediately called the pool guys to come over since they were out here 2 days ago setting the pool up for this summer. When they arrived they looked around and came outside to the AC area with me. I found the AC is leaning way back because of the heavy rain lately. The AC needs to be leveled back out with rocks under it. The pool guys told her she needs to have a French drain put in on that side of the house to ensure this doesn’t continue to happen. The water is draining straight to the drain in the furnace room so it should not flood the basement or anything like that. I spoke to Eli and explained I couldn’t locate a leak coming from the furnace. He told me if it’s leaking through the walls then it could also be leaking from the ground under he furnace.
