When I arrived at the furnace was running. After customer explained the situation I deemed that the furnace was going into a lockout. I checked temp splits, and those were within manufacture specifications. I then checked the ignition process components and cleaned flame sensor, and spark igniter. The solenoid valve on the humidifier was clogged. I was able to unclog the solenoid. Furnace and humidifier are operating properly at departure. Talked with customer about activating the club membership. Customer stated that they would call into set that up.
