Arrived to remedy an inoperable air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the system found that the furnace and thermostat were operating properly. Upon inspection of the condenser found that the condenser fan motor had locked up and was inoperable. Spoke with homeowner about repair and replacement solutions. Homeowner would like to have a rescue motor installed and will look into getting a new air conditioning system in the spring. Removed the old motor and installed the new motor. Made modifications to the new motor to accommodate the systems size and airflow needs. Applied power to the condenser and double checked the motors rotation to ensure it is blowing air the right direction. Measured a perfect 20 degree temperature split. Air conditioning system is functioning properly at this time.
