Checked all operations in the cooling mode outside and found a failed capacitor. Replaced capacitor upon customer approval and found the air conditioner to be cooling properly. Applied manufacture credit towards repair. Customer signed up for perfect service family we will performed the furnace maintenance this heating season and cooling maintenance in the next cooling season.
