Company arrived Tuesday, September 13, 2022. The customer was having issues with their bathroom sink not draining. Upon arrival company discovered galvanized piping and informed customer of possible causes. After purchase of the perfect service family membership company attempted a branch line cabling on the customers main level guest bathroom sink. Company cabled until the blockage cleared. Company was unable to reassembled the trap to the galvanized piping due to old threads, company connected the trap to the galvanized piping via fernco and tested for functionality.
