Came out today to do a furnace and AC tuneup. Start it off on the furnace check static static was passing is all the CFM‘s I did notice that the inducer motor itself undercarriage was leaking pretty bad. I also found that the blower wheel itself was pretty dirty I took readings on everything else everything was up to manufacture specifications. I went to the AC mode checked refrigerant pressures. Everything was fine, being a two-year-old system I did wash it off just to get some of that dirt and debris off and cleaned it all off. I told the customer and explain what was needed to be done to get that furnace up running correctly. She did mention to me that she was gonna hold off on the inducer itself , she was thinking about getting the blower wheel done itself but she said she’s gonna hold off and call us when she’s ready. She just decided to get the dynamic media replacement filters for her unit.
