Company arrived on 8-19-22 to perform previously quoted work of repairing and replacing sewer line. Company broke out floor around main line leading into ground. Company then removed old cast iron line. Company found that old cast iron line had a opened T fitting underground with no line attached to it. Company cut out line all the way up to foundation and replaced with new PVC. Once new section of line was installed company made sure all connections were secure. Company also ran water to make sure no leaks were present and no leaks were found. Customer had insurance paperwork that needed filled out, technician took paper work back to office to be filled out.
