Customer called back saying they have low water pressure in their faucet again. Checked kitchen faucet sprayer head and saw sand in filter screen. Checked other fixtures in home and same thing with other faucets. However the kitchen sprayer head inlet screen is smaller and more susceptible to sediment/sand. Verified that customers main water service didn’t have a leak from meter to inside the home. Explained to customer this is coming from the city and only way to resolve is installing some form of sediment filter to the entire house.
