He was as nice of person as you could find. Very courtious and friendly. I had put new batteries in thermostat and kept moving them all around trying to get it to register numbers and could never get it too and he moved the batteries around one more time and it worked. Not his fault but hated that I had to pay $59 for a battery change and 2 minutes of his time.
