Customer called in needing an estimate to repair broken water line by the front entrance of the home. Customer currently has water off to home at the meter. Customer is a former plumber of 40 years and has noticed water coming through the basement by main shut off valve and dirt settling by the front entrance of the house. Provided two estimates for customer. One full line replacement and the other a spot repair. Customer leaning towards spot repair. Customer has couple of more estimates to get and will call us if he decides to go with us.
