11/21/25 - Completed a full heating maintenance on four furnaces. The filters were changed and proper operation was tested. All four furnaces were in good condition and they were all running well at this time. All three unit heaters were also running well and in good condition. The two RTU’s on the outside were having issues, the newer unit runs well, but makes a loud noise when it kicks on.
