Found that the furnace filter is packed with dust and debris. Cleaned the flame sensor and tested its performance. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Found that the fan is starting to get coated in dust debris. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found bacterial growth present on the humidifier panel and on the basement vents. Verified operation of the humidifier. Found that the solenoid valve is not allowing water to flow. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Spoke with homeowner about solutions to the systems issues. With homeowners approval performed a blower cleaning and replaced the sole
