Went for a tune up call today for heat. Tested for static pressure system is passing when in heat. Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected. However there is rust points, heat stress and pin points. Did show customer findings when inspecting. All electrical components are within range. But inducer is running high and close to the max rating. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose. Temp split for system is within range.System is up and running before departure.
