Company arrived Friday, September 23 of 2022. The customer was having issues with sewer smell coming from their garage floor drain, a back up in their ground level shower, and a back up in the kitchen sink. Company observed the customer floor drain and discovered it to be missing the clean out plug and the trap seemed to be collapsed. Company informed the customer the smell was coming from the clean out hole and a replacement would be needed to resolve the smell. Company ran water in the ground level shower for approximately 6 minutes and no back up occurred.
