Company came out for water heater leaking. Company found tank busted at top of unit aged 2006. Company recommended to have replacement installed. Customer wanted performance done today. Company installed 40 gallon water heater customer purchased with extended warranty covering unit for 10 years from today March 24th 2023. Company drained old existing water heater and removed from water, gas, vent. Company then installed new Bradford white 40 gallon water heater with all code requirements, expansion tank and isolation shut off valves. Company connected to existing venting and relit gas to unit. Company tested water heater properly functioning. Company then tried resuming water to home with no pressure no water passing in hot side to home. Company tested at basement faucet water line is galvanized in rest of home and is completely blocked up. Company will return Monday March 27th, 2023 to install new water line replacement throughout home. Company will install new pex pipe replacement
