Plumbing inspection. Arrived home Monday, August 22, 2022. Water pressure in home at 50 psi. No major issues found in home. Customer brought to attention that bolt had broken on toilet flange in basement as well as customer occasionally has water discharge from temperature and pressure valve on water heater. Found that expansion tank on water heater is not functioning properly and it was waterlogged. Pulled and reset toilet, installed new expansion tank for customer. Company will honor two year warranty on new expansion tank and one year warranty on pull and reset of toilet in basement. Thank you for choosing LBA have a wonderful day
