4/19/24 Sent out today to Carls regards to a bad dishwasher shutoff valve. Upon arrival I was greeted by Carl who I went over the purpose of today’s visit with and answered any immediate questions they had to help set expectations. Carl had a softener put in last week by us, while I’m here today I will run test to confirm proper functionality. VITAL READINGS: -Total Dissolved Solids (cold): 230 ppm -Total Dissolved Solids (hot): 408 ppm -Water Pressure Static: 65 psi -Water Pressure Faucet Open: 65 psi (w/ prv) -Water Temp Setting: 120 F -Water Temp Output: 120 F -Water Hardness: 0 grains of calcium per gallon -Water Quality: softener and filter -Water Heater: 2020 gas Bradford White 50 gal w/ expansion tank -Water Lines: copper -Drain Lines: abs OBSERVATIONS: -dishwasher shutoff leaking -all three shutoffs in kitchen are older styles -basement toilet is loose from floor/flange -kitchen remodel going on, will need a faucet, disposal and ptrap drain installation SOLUTIONS: -Dishw
