Arrived at customers home Wednesday, August 17, 2022. Customers floor drain in basement pooling with sewage. Determined that kitchen sink/laundry branch line was clogged past floor drain. Ran drain cable from kitchen sink drain line. Cleared blockage and flushed line with hot water. Drain is now flowing properly with no issues. Company will honor 30 day warranty on flow of drain line.
