Arrived to do performance maintenance. Set up for combustion analysis and static pressure tests. Found that the system is operating beyond the the manufacturers recommended static pressure. Reached out to a supervisor to finish the diagnosis. Verified operation of all mechanical and electronic components in the furnace. Cleaned the flame sensor and tested its performance. Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Performed an electronic gas leak search. Switched system over to cooling and performed a static pressure test and temperature split. Found that the furnace was not moving enough air for first stage cooling. Once system ramped up the fan speed to where it should be went outside and verified systems refrigerant charge. Verified operation of all electronic and mechanical components of the condenser. Furnace and ac are operational at this time.
