Checked the system in the cooling mode found the breaker for the outdoor unit had tripped which was why it was not running. After the outdoor unit was back up and running, checked the refrigerant levels which were extremely low. Performed an electronic leak check of the evaporator coil and found the TXV and an elbow in the coil to be leaking. Brought our findings and options to fix to the customer and she wants to see the other options of replacement before deciding.
