Dispatched for furnace tune-up. The components that are tested during the tuneup are heat exchanger, flame sensor, igniter, blower wheel, inducer, temp split and combustion in the heat exchanger. During the inspection of the components the inducer was pulling to many amps on start up and was over during operation. This is indicated that the motor is need more energy to operate. The combustion test indicated high amount of carbon monoxide in the process of heating the house. The high amount is over 100ppm of carbon monoxide. This is in the exiting portion of the furnace and once the inducer shuts down the gas fall back down and enter in the furnace area of the house. The gas is turned off from the system and is red tagged due to hazardous gases.
