Our unit quit working. Called Friday evening and they had someone out before 8am the next morning. Within 30min he figured out it was the capacitor on the exterior of the unit. There was a stiff emergency fee plus the part. But wasn't near as bad as we thought it would be. Rainer is really good at customer service. Professional and friendly. Understands what is needed and the process. We've recieved him twice at our home. He did forget his shoe booties this time but I didn't care because house needed its weekly clean anyway. However he did wear them the first time.
