During this visit I confirmed the temp difference between the incoming air and the supply air (70-49.3degf). I confirmed that there was electricity at the pump and then removed the pump inlet line. There was a clog at the inlet. I cleared the clog and then vacuumed the inlet drain line. The drain lines were reassembled and the unit was operated. The drain returned to normal function after the drain line was cleared. Thank you, Jon
