On arrival I found that the drain line was clogged causing water to back up and get in the blower compartment and cut back the airflow causing the coil to freeze up. Upon further inspection I found that there was debris from the duct cleaning that caused it to plug. I gave customer estimate on having it cleared and flushed as well as having a float switch installed that would cut off the unit if this were to happen again. After all repairs were done everything was operating as it should. I am from the customer to leave the system off for three more hours to let thaw.
