Upon arrival found that the contactor was not sending the proper voltage to the contactor and that the capacitor was below the manufacture specifications I informed the customer about the capacitor and contactor replaced contactor and capacitor system came back on cycle system couple of times system is now running within manufacturer specifications system was running when I left thank you for having me out today Alex
