Company arrived Wednesday, September 21 of 2022. The customer was having issues with standing water in the floor drain. Upon arrival company observed the location of the floor drain. After purch Of the perfect service family membership company attempted a branch line cabling on the customers floor drain using one of the free drain openings. The water dropped at this time and company ran water from a garden hose to test for functionality. Company verified with the customer and can conclude a properly flowing drain at this time.
