If work on the gutters does not solve water issue then a sump pit and pump is suggested in the backyard. After the water is controlled the ducts should be spin cast mortared then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

We are cleaning all the underground duct work which is pvc pipe with metal fittings, we are applying our trenchless cast mortar to all metal fittings to restructure the weak rusted metal, and we are also sealing the entire underground duct work with two applications of our duct lining material.
We are applying our Trenchless Cast mortar to all of the heavily rusted connections and elbows in the underground air duct system. This process will give them a strong structure. We will then apply our first application of our rubberized duct lining material to completely encapsulate the system.
