Recently in the dead of winter Tevis let my oil run out. I am a senior under their "watchful eye" program and this is never supposed to happen. They are suppose to monitor my oil use and never let it run out but it did. They sent out a very rude and unprofessional delivery person, not my normal guy, who after filling the oil tank, tracked mud all through my house before announcing he had no idea how to restart my oil furnace. After hours on the phone with Tevis folks passing the buck from one department to the other, the contract oil service guy, who is not an employee of Tevis but Tevis gets paid for his annual maintenance call agreed to come out that night to restart my furnace. So no, I think Tevis is the worse oil supplier I have had in my 25 years in Anne Arundel County Maryland.
