Have worked with Tevis/Modern Comfort for over 7 years now and have always been pleased. Called for service early on Monday, a day where lots of no-heat calls occur, and was scheduled for that day. Randall called about 10:30 to let me know he was on the way. Arrived at 11, diagnosed the issue right way, had the necessary part on the truck, and was finished by 12:30 or so. Said he was on his way to fix someone else's problem when he left! Way to go, Randall! You fixed mine just in time for a 20 degree low last night!
