Our delivery person was great, super nice, really prompt and kind. We were out of oil so he attempted to bleed the line to get us restarted but didn't do it correctly and told us it was broken. So we called the preferred service person who came out a couple days later, bled the line in about 45 seconds and charged us 175 bucks. Would have been great to not have to spend that extra cash. Ultimately its not on him or y'all but still would have been great to not have been told it was broken.
