Called to get on board with the locked in pricing for 2025. Was very surprised to learn there is a $159 cost to join this program. I’ve never heard of offering a cap price but yet want a customer to pay such a large cost to join the program. I had a very nice lady explain it to me, also she informed me that we could be eligible for senior, military and auto pay discounts which was not offered last year when we joined your company. We have been satisfied with your service except when they over flow our tank almost every fill up. The young lady put on our ticket to please watch the tank as it has no whistle on it. I appreciate her explaining the other discounts that we were eligible for and will now be receiving.
