Arrived to remedy a system that’s not consistently heating. Upon arrival found the thermostat set to 70 and it was reading 65 in the home. Checked the furnace and did not find any fault codes. Reset the call for heat at the thermostat and found that the furnace would try to heat. System fired up like normal. Continued diagnostic on the system and found that the pressure switch is intermittently dropping signal. Spoke with homeowner about the repair. With homeowners approval ordered a new pressure switch. Retrieved the new switch and performed the replacement. Tested system operations to verify consistent heat and signal from the pressure switch. Furnace is functioning properly at this time.
