Arrived to remedy a system that is making excessive noise. Upon inspection of the system, the furnace was running and heard the excessive noise coming from the furnace. Determined this noise is coming from the inducer motor. Pulled inducer from the furnace and tried tightening all the screws that mount the motor to the fan and the assembly to the furnace itself. Tested system operations and found that the noise is still present if not worse. With the recent repair on the system, today’s repair should be covered under a full warranty. Called and ordered inducer motor. Informed homeowner of the situation and let her know that I was leaving to go get the new inducer motor. Returned with the new inducer motor and installed it in the system. Tested system operations. System is functioning properly at this time.
