Obtain all permits and utility locates. Begin excavating after locates are complete. Replace compromised sewer section with new root proof pipe. Backfill in layers to ensure all soil returns to original level. This is to cover additional work after spot repair allows more access to rest of sewer line located in back in back of property. Work area to include from back patio to fence line located in back of the property. If more work is required further into home or beyond fence line then a new estimate for additional work will be provided on site when new scope is discovered.
