Learned that they struggled with cooling last summer and we may be looking at a replacement instead of repair. The system was calling for heat however the safety pressure switch was not clearing the furnace for ignition. The pressures were tested today and it was discovered that the flue pressure was excessive. Outside I laddered up and discovered a blockage inside the flue pipe about 4’ in. The obstruction was cleared and the furnace resumed operation. The thermostat was checked for proper operati
