Customer called in about having low water pressure in the shower. Upon arrival, asked customer if they were having other issues at the home. Customer mentioned that the shower is the only one that’s having low water pressure. Removed shower head and checked inside shower head. Saww a lot of calcium and sediment build up. Cleaned off all the calcium buildup inside the shower head and shower head now has full water pressure again. Informed customer because of his halo 5 install. This is the result of it working and they will be having some buildup and clogs in their aerators, but that’s showing that the system is working and breaking down all the calcium build up. Informed customer that they will be dealing with it for a few more months, but after afterwards it won’t be issue again.
